Article 1 : Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

Article 4 : Quality
In accordance with international practice, the seller is not responsible to exchange the corked bottles. Moreover, even if all the wines are stored in optimal conditions (temperature, hygrometry, darkness) we can not guarantee the irreproachable quality of the old vintages.
Article 5 : Deliveries
Regarding deliveries, delivery times vary depending on the destination.
The indicated deadlines do not engage our responsibility, but only that of the carriers. Also, delivery time overruns can not give rise to damages.

The goods travel at the risk and peril of the buyer. In case of failure or damage on receipt, a registered letter must be sent within 48 hours to the carrier and a copy to the sender. After this period, no claim can be taken into account.
NB: Bottle caps from old vintages weaken over time. It may happen that, in some cases, there is a slight ooze when receiving the package: this is not a fault of the bottle. Similarly it may happen that the cap moves during transport see falls in the wine in the most extreme cases. Although these phenomena are rare, they are not excluded and results from the nature of the product and the handling of packages during transport. Our company can not be held responsible for these phenomena and no refund will be made in case this happens.
